Think of washboard tummy and six pack abs and you have to think of Usher. This 31 year old star can make women of all ages go weak in their knees. Popularly known by his first name “Usher”, he is one of the most popular recording artist and actor. He tasted success in 1990’s and his fame increased with the release of this album “my way” in 1997 and 8701 in 2001. My Way was declared platinum 6 times by Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Usher has one of the best body’s among males in Hollywood. This famous R & B singer contributes his physique to good genes, hard work and a lot of discipline. Usher says that he does a minimum of 1000 ab crunches in a day. Besides this he also does vigorous cardio training which he calls “forty minutes of funk”. As a part of this “funk” he does stretching, skipping and jumping jacks. Post his cardio regimen, he does some push ups, leg raises and tricep dips. He is also highly active while performing as he jumps, runs and moves through the entire show which acts as a form of workout.

Usher’s is also particular about what he puts in his body and hence follows a strict diet plan. He has chicken breast, fish, moderate amount of carbohydrates which includes rice, pasta, potatoes and lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. He quotes “I'm very disciplined. When I don't want to eat, I won't eat. I go on a fish, chicken and broccoli diet, and throw in some carbs - preferably sweet potatoes."
