Gwyneth Paltrow Gets Hotter

For the role of “Pepper Pott” in Iron man-2, Gwyneth Paltrow had to slog her to be her slimmest best. She must have done her good job, as all those who saw her in the movie could not take their eyes off her.

She worked with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson who monitored her work out and diet regime. "Well, I am not going to lie, the process was an arduous one," Paltrow quoted in her newsletter Goop. Like most women Gwyneth too loves being all dolled up and wears sexy clothes. She understands that in order to do so, she needs to needs to have a great body. On her workout regime she quotes "This regime got me into the shape of my life and I continue to return to it when I have a specific event so that I can do ridiculous things like be a 37 year old mother of two and wear shorts!"

Gwyneth’s workout includes practicing yoga and Pilates combined with some cardio. Her diet consists of strict macrobiotic diet though she says that she has controlled that after becoming a mother. She ensures that her diet does not contain sugar and dairy products. She loves to munch on veggies and has plents of whole grains and legumes. Besides, she keeps her fluid intake high by drinkning plenty of water through the day.
