Kesha Sebert- tik tok figure

Kesha Rose Sebert is more famous by her first name Kesha. This Amercian pop singer, rapper and songwriter debuted with “Tick Tok” in the late 2009 which hit the top number in more than eleven countries. So far, this young singer has sold more than a million albums and around eight million singles worldwide.

Diet- Kesha is also known for a good figure but initially drew a lot of flake for her bad eating habits when it was assumed that she had low calorie diet which was not balanced. It was also rumored that her diet was high in sugar and low in protein. But later Kesha came out in the open and cleared the air when she said that she had portions of proteins accompanied by vegetables. May be this is the reason that she does not appear anorexic.

Kesha starts her day with a cup of green tea and handful of almonds followed by a snack of blue candies which she says that she loves having. For lunch she has different food products that she loves to dip in barbecue sauce. For dinner she has Tofu and avoids eating red meat.

Workout- Kesha is not particularly fond of exercising but she runs almost every day and does plenty of cardio while she is on stage.
