George Clooney - forever young

George Clooney is known for looking better with age. This American actor, film director, producer and screenwriter has received two golden globe awards and an academy award. He is also known for being actively involved in social causes and has served as United Nations Messenger of peace since 2008.

Though he is in his late 40’s he can still make women swoon. Referred to “wine” his fans claim that he is looking better with age. But the good looks weren’t easy. George had to work at it. All these years, he has kept his body is top shape. At 5 ft 11 inch, he stands tall and has been the heart throb of millions of women. He is a method actor who easily gains and looses weight according to the requirement of his films. For his role in “Syriana” he gained 30 pounds by having lots of pasta. His diet and fitness secret are as mentioned below.

Diet: George Clooney has a balanced diet which is low in carbs.

Exercise : George Clooney loves to play basketball and was actively involved in sports till he injured his knee. Now as days, he does cardio by running on the treadmill.
He quotes. “Well, we do a lot of aerobics, a lot of dance, there is a lot of jazz-ercise, the ab-master, there’s the butt-blaster or whatever it’s called. And also there is a lot of yoga and I have also just finished doing a movie where I did (American) football with a bunch of 21-year-olds which I highly recommend. That’s going to keep anyone in shape.”
