People who have seen her on and off screen cannot stop raving about her beauty and well toned body. In “Hope and Faith” she appeared to be on the fuller side but for Transformers she worked on her body, lost more weight and toned down a lot. Despite being naturally thin, this lissome beauty has to work on her body to remain looking so sexy. By her own confession, she said that she is very lazy and does not like to sweat it out. She has a personal trainer who comes home to train her three times a week. Her workout regime consists of
- minutes of workout on her ab- Butterfly crunch, front planks etc.
- is followed by some strengthening exercises such as knee- ups, leg swings and ball leg lifts for her upper body strength training
- also does Pilates and cycling for 30-45 minutes
