Bulk it up like Arnold

Think of Arnold Schwarzenegger and the only thing that comes to mind is lean, mean, pumped up body. Even in his 60’s he makes all his younger contemporaries look shallow. He does death defying stunts which would have been impossible for men even in the younger age brackets to perform. An ex Mr. Universe and Mr. Olympia, this man started body building at the age of 15. Till date he walks tall as a brilliant politician.

Workout: The man loves working out. He quotes "Bodybuilders who have to force themselves to go to the gym and work out will never achieve the kind of success possible for those who can't wait to hit the gym and start pumping iron". He keeps changing his form of workout and at times even workouts twice a day. He does a lot of weight training and pyramids and adds weight to each set. Along with adding weights, he also does 6 to 10 reps per set and sometimes goes to the extent of doing 20 sets per body part.

Diet : Arnold believes that one needs to give up on junk food as they add extra calories. He himself has only nutritious food and says that it’s the only key to building up muscles. He also believes in calorie cycling where he consumes a high calorie diet for some days followed by low calorie diet on the other
