Robert Downey Jr., the star of Iron Man and Iron Man 2 has been facing the camera since in the age of 5. This 45 year old actor has continuously been acting but tasted fame only after the phenomenal success of Iron man. What’s little known abut this star is that he has been into substance abuse from the age of eight.Robert’s father himself was into drugs and he encouraged his son into this too. Owing to that, Robert faced arrests and charges, several times between 1996 and 2003. From missing court hearings, to trespassing his neighbor’s house under the influence of alcohol, he has been through a lot due to his addiction. He’s also faced jail terms for as long as three years in a row. Though he has been into drug rehabilitation, he kept having a relapse, which according to him was because of him being an early addict (age- 8 yrs).
