Kim Kardashian and her bootylicious body

Kim Kardashian is famous for her bootylicious body, with her butt getting some special attention. She has one of the most toned bodies in the business and is able to maintain it well. But how does she do it?

Kim follows a rigorous regimen which includes severe cardio workout in the form of dance and the treadmill. She also frequents the gym with her personal trainer to work on strength training as well as develop cardio resistance. Kim states that she does lack the drive to get up in the morning and sweat it out, but believes that being in shape is worth it. She also knows that her beautiful body is her biggest asset and she needs to work on it to make it look good.

She keeps tweeting that at times, she does manage to skip her workout regime to catch on to some extra sleep. One of her tweets states “I overslept and missed my workout! Wow I feel lazy! I need motivation guys!” This just goes on to prove that though she values her good looking body, she is not obsessed by it.

For dieting, she keeps switching between the zone diet and Trimspa diet plans and believes that it keeps her toned, fit and maintains her weight.
