Kate Winslet - at Her Voluptuous Best

Kate Winslet, of the Titanic fame has always flaunted her voluptuous body and believes that you can be look and feel beautiful if you are healthy and not “sickly thin”. Mother of two beautiful children, she hates the idea of starving to get into the mold of sexy actresses. With a beautiful body and flawless skin, this actress works out occasionally and is quite a loves to eat.

To be at her healthiest best, she does not eat bread and has given up on alcohol. She has also limited the amount of processed food that she eats as she says that they have additives that are harmful. She has only natural healthy food and works out once in a while on the treadmill to burn off some fat and quotes “I don’t drink, don’t eat bread and limit processed food as it tends to be full of additives. A little bit of running on the treadmill every now and then helps. It bores the hell out of me, but you’ve got to do it.”

Kate has always been bony and never in the league of actresses who claim to be size 0. Post the birth her daughter; she tried to shed the extra weight with the help of facial analysis. This involved consuming food based on the spots and changes on the face. These external symptoms represented the nutritional deficiencies of the body. On this practice she quotes “The weight just dropped off, my skin’s much better; I never feel tired. I just feel great.”
